Oil Filter
The Hydraulic Filter is an important part of the hydraulic system to filter out contamination and dirt.
Contamination and dirt in hydraulic systems comes from many sources. Contamination includes metal chips, glass, ash, lint, various fibers, rubber, sand, etc.
Contamination is very small – generally in the 1~100 micron range.
The purpose of the hydraulic filter is to remove
contamination of the system and maintain fluid cleanliness within design tolerances.
