Hydraulic Filter
Hydraulic filter or hydraulic filter is a hydraulic machine component that functions to catch dirt carried by the flow of liquids, especially oil.
The Hydraulic Filter is an important part of the hydraulic system to filter out contamination and dirt. Contamination and dirt in hydraulic systems comes from many sources. Contamination includes metal chips, glass, ash, lint, various fibers, rubber, sand, etc.
Contamination is very small – generally in the 1~100 micron range. The purpose of the hydraulic filter is to remove contamination from the system and keep the fluid clean within design tolerances.
Filter Specifications:
1. Folding Media Stainless Steel 304 Mesh 10. However, it can be used using 316L stainless steel with wire mesh media ( 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 100, 120, 140, 160, 180, 200, 250 , 300, 400 ) according to the required density.
2. Media Paper Oil Fiberglass
3. 201 Stainless Steel Cover. However, it can be replaced by using 316L Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Galvanized or Polymer
4. The inside and outside of the filter use a 201 stainless steel core and casing with a hole diameter of 3mm and a thickness of 1mm (However, for diameter
holes and plate thickness can be changed larger according to your wishes)
